Good to have Stored Procedures in DB2 knowledge and has worked in CICS screens development .

Should be good in SORT commands for sorting 2 files through JCL and programmatically also.

Good expertise on DB2 SQLs and Cursors and different SQLCODES should have good hands on.

Mandatory skills:

COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, DB2 Stored procedures, SORT, MQ series, Change man /Endeavor, Trace master, Insync/FILEAID, SPUFI.
