We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist In this role, you will: Excellent technical abilities, leadership, decision making, strong communication skills, and adaptability to new technology The candidate need to manage end to end project deliveries and should be able resolve any technical issues. The candidate need to participate in code build and review activities. Manage activities focused on the deployment of projects from requirements gathering, system design, quality assurance, cost control and implementation planning activities as well as post implementation activities. The candidate need to manage project communication with Business and other stakeholder. Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations The candidate shall be able to manage a team along with technical deliveries Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance The candidate will be involved in requirement gathering, analysis, build, test and production support work along with weekend support. The person should have knowledge on Agile and DevOps. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Candidate must have experience in OpenText Exstream (OTX) Candidate must have experience in IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) Candidate must have experience in Mainframe (Cobol, JCL, VSAM, DB2 and CICS) Candidate must have experience in Scheduling tool - Control-M and TWS Good exposure in Deployment tool - Endevor and G Good exposure in DB2 Scheduling tool - Control-M and TWS Deployment tool - Endevor and G3 You\'ll achieve more when you join HSBC.
