Knowledge acquisition from incumbent on the Mainframe Service Delivery and provide KT to offshore team Review the documents on regular basis to maintain "AS-IS" Processes and Procedures of DB2 administration as current as possible Build Relationship with customer and SMEs at customer's site Build Relationship with hardware vendors & support teams Recommend Service Provider's standard Database Administration Services solution and procedures for Customer's review and approval Recommend and perform the Perform Customer-approved, database streaming and replication procedures Ensure completion of authorization Service Requests, Changes, problem ticket
