Your Role

Provide L1.5 support for Batch Monitoring operations using BMC Control-M. Monitor; execute; and manage batch jobs to ensure timely completion and adherence to SLAs. Perform basic troubleshooting of batch failures and anomalies; escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams. Assist in the configuration; monitoring; and maintenance of Control-M environments. Maintain and update operational procedures; runbooks; and service documentation. Adhere to ITSM best practices; KPIs; and SLRs, and report performance metrics regularly.

Your Profile

2+ years of experience in Batch Monitoring / Batch Operations. Hands-on experience with BMC Control-M and batch scheduling environments. Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks; documentation; and compliance requirements. Ability to work in support environments with shift-based operations, if required. Proficiency in English (verbal and written). Japanese language proficiency - JLPT N2/N3 or above.
