Work Location: Chennai
Mode of work: Hybrid (3 days to office every week)
Shift: UK shift and UK holidays

• Must have hands-on: Mainframe (Cobol, JCL, IMS DB, VSAM)
• Mainframe Technical Enhancement experience, BAU Operation experience (Major incident management, Troubleshooting skills)/Production support experience
• Familiar in ITIL framework (Incident, problem, change management)
• Database skills: IMS DB
• Preferable: Mainframe Development/Enhancement skills

Should be willing to work in shifts, especially CE and UK shifts. Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST and 11:00AM to 8:00PM IST.
