POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MATERIALS MANAGEMENT (PGDMM)




?Material Inward and ready for inspection by QC, GRN preparation through SAP


?Material storage in physical location and update in SAP


?Material Issue as per MR given by user.


?Annual Inventory Physical verification and reconciliation


?Providing Identification and Storage/Issuance in yards to Raw material like plate, pipe, flat bars, round bars, rough machined forging


?All type Scrap disposal, Metal, Nonmetal, coolant, empty bins, wood, machining swarf by auction.


?Scrap storage keeping in segregation gala, housekeeping


?Facilitating the scrap vendors for loading of scraps.


?Hazardous waste disposal to GPCB approved vendors


?Old project stock transfer to new project stock transfer after inspection and verification.


?To achieve the EHS objective by controlling unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and periodic reviews of HIRA.


?Controlling usage/shop disposal of hazardous waste like oil-soaked cotton, plastic, chemical cans.


?Achieving the target of Safety by enhancing 5S score and SPI- Safety Performance Index at Yard, shop floor & office.


?Ensure forklift operator and crane operator license.


?Facilitate Finance related audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards
