Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced

Main Operator

to manage and operate our hygiene product manufacturing lines, including

diapers, sanitary napkins, and adult care products

. The ideal candidate must have strong technical and troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production lines to ensure smooth, efficient performance. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on machines. Perform installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of equipment. Operate and configure HMI systems for machine settings. Handle servo motors, induction motors, and drive systems. Implement and maintain Poka?Yoke (error?proofing) mechanisms. Analyse machine performance and minimize downtime. Follow safety procedures and maintain documentation as per standards.

Required Skills

Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical & mechanical equipment. Knowledge of servo motors, induction motors, and motion systems. Hands?on experience with HMI handling and basic PLC understanding. Analytical and problem?solving abilities. Experience in diaper, sanitary napkin, or adult care production lines is
