Providing detailed product information and addressing customer questions. Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques. Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
