Evaluates outcomes of care \xe2\x96\xa1with the interdisciplinary team by measuring intervention effectiveness with the team. \xe2\x96\xa1Complies with hospital and legal requirements by fostering nursing practices that adhere to the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s rules and regulations. \xe2\x96\xa1Protects self, co-workers, and patients by following policies and procedures to prevent bloodborne and airborne diseases. \xe2\x96\xa1Respects patient\xe2\x80\x99s rights by maintaining their confidentiality. \xe2\x96\xa1Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards. \xe2\x96\xa1Maintains patient care database by entering new information as it becomes available. \xe2\x96\xa1Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
