We are hiring Relationship Officers Home Loan / Mortgages Sales for Mahindra Home Finance (Vendor Payroll) in Surat. The role involves sourcing, processing, and closing Home Loan business through various channels while meeting assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source Home Loan / Mortgage business through open market, DSA, referrals, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful closures.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per Axis Bank policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Track customer follow-ups and ensure timely disbursements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in housing finance or related industry (Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP Loans).
• Strong understanding of housing loan processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
