We are looking for a skilled operator to manage specialized machinery for producing precision magnetic components. You will be responsible for machine setup, maintaining tight tolerances, and quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup:
Calibrate and operate
injection molding
,
CNC turning
, or
press machines
according to specific magnet grades (Neodymium, Ferrite).
Precision Measurement:
Use micrometers, Vernier calipers, and height gauges to ensure parts meet tolerances as tight as
3-5 microns
.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished magnets for cracks, magnetic strength, and dimensional accuracy; document all defective units.
Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning, oiling, and basic troubleshooting of machines to ensure continuous production.
Qualifications:
Education:
ITI (Turner/Machinist) or Diploma in Mechanical
Experience:
2-4 years in precision component manufacturing is preferred.
