We're hiring for the position of Associate - Inside Sales at magicpin, India's leading offline discovery and commerce platform!Roles and responsibilities are as follows:1. Lead Generation and Outreach- Conduct follow-up and outbound cold calls and email campaigns to engage prospective clients. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound efforts.2. Client Engagement- Effectively communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and explain product/service offerings. Build strong relationships with clients to maintain long-term partnerships.3. Sales Execution- Manage the complete end-to-end sales process including: Initial engagement, Demonstration and pitching, Negotiation, Invoicing, Collections. 4. Sales Performance- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics consistently. Maintain records of all sales activities in the CRM system.5. Customer Success- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
