ABOUT magicpin:

1. magicpin drives discovery and commerce for hyperlocal retail: listings, catalogs and omni-channel commerce.

4. magicpin focuses on food (QSR, bakery, fine-dine, nightlife), fashion, pharma, beauty and electronics - for going out and home delivery.

5. We live in 50+ cities incl. Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Lucknow, Jaipur & Ahmedabad.

6. 10 Million users; 250K paying merchants; Rs 15 Billion monthly GMV.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Part of the corporate development / strategy team.

- Support in strategic decision in relation to business expansion & product roadmap.

- Manage M&A activities, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiation of terms, co-ordinating with various advisors, etc.

- Support in fund raising activities; co-ordinating with various stakeholders including advisors, investors, etc.

- Support in developing the Company' IR strategy for delivering enhanced shareholder value and ensure execution of the same.

- Keeping abreast with the market dynamics to provide useful insights, market research-based knowledge and analytical support for decision making. Provide timely analysis with respect to the shareholding pattern, price movement, quarterly result, valuations, sectoral analysis in comparison to the peers.

- Maintain and manage relationship with key market participants .i.e. brokers, analyst and fund managers. Regular interactions via meetings, conferences to facilitate better business understanding.

- Prepare quarterly and annual business deck, investment thesis and provide shareholders perspective to top management and business leaders.

- Prepare corporate communication/presentation for external communication, AGM presentations, shareholders resolutions and responses for potential shareholders queries, credit rating agencies, lenders, press releases, website etc.

- Organize and participate in events including investor conferences, road shows, earnings conference call and investor meeting.
