Job Description

Responsibilities:- Managing home loan sales, sourcing leads, and developing sales strategies - Collaborate with Channels, DSA and connectors to bring business- Advising customers on home loans, explaining products, and building relationships. Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, brokers, and banks throughout the loan application process. - Processing loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Accurately log files into the appropriate Banks/NBFC- Persuade banks to provide the desired funding by presenting compelling loan proposals- Analyze loan application documentation for completeness and accuracy.- Act as a bridge between customers, brokers, and banks, addressing any queries or concerns that may arise. - Recommending other products to customers, such as PL, BT AND OD. - Working to meet sales targets and ensuring timely renewal of business.- End to end follow up until payouts and disbursementsSkills and Requirements:- Experienced in HL/LAP background and channel management.- Should have a market connection in the area.- Graduate in any field- Ability to build relationships- Ability to understand customer needs- Negotiation skills and sales mindset.
