About the Role

We are a small independent web development company and are looking for an experienced

Magento Developer

with

strong Hyva theme expertise

.
This is a temporary/part-time/freelance role involving full-cycle Magento development, Git-based collaboration, and hands-on server management for Magento hosting.

Freelancers who can work from our Thuckalay office are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Magento 2 websites using

Hyva themes

. Collaborate via

GitHub or GitLab

for version control. Configure and manage

Magento hosting servers

. Optimize website performance and handle technical troubleshooting. Maintain clean, well-documented code.

Required Skills

Experienced Magento 2 developers (2 to 15+ years) with hands-on Hyva theme skills. Proven

Hyva theme

experience (mandatory). Strong knowledge of

PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Alpine.js

. Experience with

GitHub/GitLab

and

Linux-based servers

. Ability to work collaboratively under guidance and maintain high coding standards.

Preferred Skills

API integrations and third-party module setup. Knowledge of caching tools (

Redis, Varnish, Cloudflare

). Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

or basic

SEO principles

.
