Madhav Solar is building a scalable platform aligned with India's energy transition and institutional capital requirements.Role Purpose:The Head - Strategy & Investor Relations will lead long-term strategic planning and manage all investor-facing communication and capital market engagement. Working closely with the Founder and senior leadership, this role will shape business strategy, support capital allocation, strengthen investor relationships, and ensure the company remains market-ready.Key Responsibilities:- Lead 1-3-5-year strategic planning and growth roadmaps- Support the Founder with data-driven strategic insights- Own the investor narrative and equity story- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions- Prepare investor decks, financial models, and periodic updates- Support equity and debt fundraising initiatives- Evaluate capex, investments, and return metrics (IRR, ROCE)- Ensure strong governance, reporting, and market communication standards- Act as a strategic bridge between leadership teams and the FounderRoles require:- 8-15 years of experience in strategy, investor relations, investment banking, PE/VC, consulting, or senior corporate roles- Strong understanding of capital markets and financial analysis- Experience with investor interactions or fundraising preferred- MBA (IIM/ISB/XLRI) or CA/CFA preferred- Sharp strategic thinker with strong communication skills- High ownership, discretion, and founder-first mindset- High visibility and influence on company growth- Opportunity to shape strategy and capital markets positioning- Long-term leadership role in a scaling renewable energy platform (ref:updazz.com)
