Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have
(We required a great support agent to be a member of the Collaboration Services Support team, providing end-user support to the services offered by the IT Services team which include (but are not limited to):
- Endpoint Backup
- Managed Print
- Mac OS Software Admin (packaging & deployment)
- Supporting our site license applications through to installation.
We required a solid macOS support person
- Great customer service skills
- Experience in HelpDesk or Desk side Support roles
- Excellent written and communication skills Good-to-Have 1. Scripting (Bash/Ruby/Python/Power-shell)
- Ability to identify where we can automate a process
- Proven ability to prioritise issues
