Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tool Room Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating conventional and CNC machinery to fabricate precision parts and tools. The role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machining principles, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate conventional and CNC machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations. Perform precision machining operations to fabricate tooling, fixtures, and parts to tight tolerances. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure conformance to specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain quality and productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
