Job Summary:

The Machinery Supervisor will be responsible for the effective management, operation, and maintenance of all construction machinery and equipment used across real estate projects. The role involves supervising operators, maintaining logbooks, tracking fuel usage, monitoring breakdowns, and ensuring optimum utilization of machines at site.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of construction equipment such as JCB, Grader, Roller, Excavator, Tractor, etc. Maintain

machinery logbooks

, daily running hours, and maintenance schedules. Monitor

diesel consumption

and prepare daily / monthly fuel reports. Record and report

breakdowns

, coordinate with mechanics for repair and service. Ensure all machines are in working condition and serviced on time. Maintain records of spare parts, repair costs, and vendor details. Support site in planning machinery movement and allocation. Check operator attendance, discipline, and safety compliance. Prepare reports on machine utilization, idle time, and cost tracking. Ensure safe working practices for machinery operation at site.

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of

construction machinery operations & maintenance.

Ability to maintain reports and records systematically. Basic knowledge of

diesel engines, hydraulics, and repairs.

Strong coordination and supervision skills. Proficiency in Excel or manual log record keeping.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
