Job Responsibilities:

Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures Set up machines before starting production Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth functioning Check raw materials and finished products for quality Report machine breakdowns or abnormalities to the supervisor Maintain daily production records Follow safety rules and wear required PPE Keep the work area clean and organized Assist in basic machine maintenance if required

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th / ITI (Preferred) Experience: 0-3 years as a machine operator (Freshers can apply) Basic knowledge of machine operation and safety Ability to work in shifts Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment

Skills Required:

Basic technical knowledge Attention to detail Discipline and punctuality Teamwork and willingness to learn
