Key responsibilities

Machine setup and operation:

Calibrate machinery before production, control and adjust machine settings (like speed and efficiency), and ensure smooth workflow.

Monitoring and maintenance:

Continuously monitor machine operations, perform routine maintenance and cleaning, and troubleshoot minor issues to prevent downtime.

Quality control:

Inspect raw materials and finished products using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality specifications and company standards.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, production data, and any defective units.

Safety and compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations, and ensure the work area is clean and well-maintained.

Team collaboration:

Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure production goals are met efficiently and report any equipment problems.
