Job Description

We are seeking skilled and responsibleMachine Operators to oversee, operate, and maintain production and packaging machinery in our lozenge manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring smooth machine operations, routine maintenance, and assisting with troubleshooting/repairs to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery Run and supervise packaging machines, including blister packing, pillow pack, pouch pack, wrapping, strapping, and label printing machines. Ensure machines are set up correctly as per batch requirements and production schedules. Monitor output quality and promptly adjust machine settings to maintain consistency and accuracy. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure efficiency and compliance with GMP standards. Carry out minor repairs and troubleshooting to resolve operational issues. Report major technical problems to the maintenance team/engineer and assist in repair activities when required. Keep accurate records of production, downtime, and maintenance performed. Follow safety procedures and hygiene standards at all times. Work in coordination with production workers and supervisors to achieve daily production and packing targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
