Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Machine Operator

with hands-on experience in residential interior production. The candidate should be proficient in operating factory machines used in modular furniture manufacturing while maintaining quality, safety, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machines used in

modular furniture and residential interior production

Handle machines such as

panel saw, edge banding, CNC boring, pressing machines

, etc. Read and follow

cutting lists, drawings, and measurements

accurately Ensure proper

material handling and machine setup

Maintain

quality standards

as per design and production requirements Perform routine

machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

Minimize material wastage and follow

waste management practices

Coordinate with supervisors and production teams for smooth workflow Follow all

safety guidelines and factory SOPs

Support carpentry and finishing teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience as a

Machine Operator

Mandatory background in

residential interior designing / modular furniture

Experience operating machines used in

interior manufacturing units

Understanding of

modular measurements and production drawings

Ability to maintain precision and quality in output Basic knowledge of

wood panels, laminates, hardware, and fittings

Willingness to work in factory setup and team environment

Preferred Skills

Experience with

CNC machines

Basic knowledge of

manual carpentry work

Ability to assist in

operator training or mentoring juniors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
