. Machine Operation & Setup
Set up and operate vacuum metalizing machines according to production requirements.
Load/unload parts (plastic caps ) onto fixtures or racks.
Adjust machine parameters (temperature, vacuum level, cycle time, etc.) based on the coating specifications.
Monitor coating thickness, adhesion, and finish quality throughout the process.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of vacuum chambers, filaments, and fixtures.
Replace aluminum wire, filaments, and other consumables as needed.
Troubleshoot and correct minor mechanical or process issues

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
