Role Overview

We are looking for a Machinery Operator who can operate production machines accurately, maintain output quality, and meet daily targets.

This is not a helper role. You will be responsible for machines, material, and output quality.

If you are careless, slow to learn, or ignore instructions--this job is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

Operate assigned machinery as per job instructions

Set up machines for different jobs (size, material, alignment)

Monitor output quality and minimize wastage

Perform basic machine checks and routine maintenance

Coordinate with supervisor and design/production team

Maintain daily production logs

Follow safety, cleanliness, and process discipline

Willingness to work in a production environment

Ability to follow instructions accurately

Attention to detail and material handling

Discipline with time, quality, and safety

Read basic job sheets and measurements

Preferred (Advantage)

Prior experience operating:

Printing machines

Laser cutting / CNC / UV / Digital press / Binding machines

Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge

Experience in print, signage, or manufacturing units

Even Freshers with wilingness to learn are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹29,234.71 per month
