We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator (

CNC Operator, Foam Cutting Machine Operator, Filmatic Machine, Others

) with an ITI Diploma to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of our mattresses, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with the machinery promptly. Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met consistently. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Keep records of machine performance and production output.

Qualifications:

ITI, Electrical, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining production machinery preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
