Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced CNC Machinery Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality components in a fast-paced manufacturing plant. You will follow technical drawings and specifications to produce precision parts for a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor CNC machinery (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.) in a production environment

Load raw materials into machines and set up tooling as required

Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work orders

Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning

Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to supervisors

Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times

Maintain production logs and documentation

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
