Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain water bottling and packaging machines Perform routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues Handle machines such as

RO plant, bottle filling, capping, labeling, shrink wrapping, and conveyor systems

Ensure minimal machine downtime and smooth production flow Maintain maintenance logs and daily machine reports Follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards (FSSAI / ISO / GMP) Coordinate with production and quality teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Knowledge of

bottled water plant machinery

Experience in

RO water treatment systems

Mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills Understanding of pneumatic systems and motors Ability to read machine manuals and diagrams

Experience & Education

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in packaged drinking water or FMCG plant Freshers with relevant technical training may also apply

Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability Ability to work in shifts Physically fit and safety-conscious Team-oriented and responsible
