Job Description

: CNC, EDM & Metal 3D Printing Operator:

Operate CNC (VMC) and EDM (Wirecut/Sinker) machines

Read part drawings and understand basic CNC programs (G-code, M-code)

Set up jobs, align parts, and complete machining operations

Support in daily production operations

Perform part inspection using Vernier, micrometer, and gauges

Troubleshoot basic machine issues and maintain cleanliness

Maintain job records and follow proper machining procedures

After initial training, should be ready to operate metal 3D printers (DMLS, LPBF)

Handle metal powders, sieving, machine loading, and build plate preparation

Perform post-processing activities - support removal, surface cleaning, blasting, and part handling

Follow all safety protocols in machining and metal printing zones

Other Details:

Salary: 20,000/- P.M

Working Days: 6 days per week

Shift: Day Shift (or as per work load requirement)
