Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Supervisor to lead and manage the production team in our manufacturing unit. Production targets are met, and safety and quality standards are strictly followed. This role involves both technical and managerial responsibilities, requiring a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to guide and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily machine operations and production activities to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and training as needed.

Ensure all machines are functioning correctly and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance.

Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control procedures in the unit.

Maintain detailed records of machine performance, downtime, and production metrics.

Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.

Act as the primary point of contact for machine-related issues and escalate critical problems to higher management.

Required Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in supervising production teams is an advantage (freshers also apply).

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems efficiently.

Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and management.

Understanding of safety standards and quality assurance processes.

Salary & Benefits:

?15,000 - ?18,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
