Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Operator Management

Coordinate shift transitions and manage leave schedules efficiently.

Reporting & Audits

Respond to audit-related queries and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Operator Requirement Assessment

Analyze operational needs and ensure adequate operator availability.

Equipment Management

Supervise rental equipment, maintaining accurate records of usage time, readings, and budget adherence.

Attendance & Records

Monitor and maintain detailed attendance records of all operators
