Minimum Qualification


DIPLOMA MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (DME)



Daily work allocation to operators as per plan / need, based on available skill and resources. Monitoring and chase-up of job progressing high productivity. Maintenance of harmonious work environment with unionized workmen with maintaining discipline and state of art manufacturing shop decorum. Daily and critical reporting of job progress and events to IS and seniors with problem-solving decision-making approach.
+ ? Must have Worked in a CNC machine Shop. + ? Hands on experience with Modern Tools & CNC programming.
+ ? Knowledge of TQM, TPM , 5S and other best practice in Industry.
+ ? CNC Programming, Manpower Mgt.
+ Drawing reading
+ Process development, improvement initiatives, SAP familiar
