Machine Shop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day

machine shop operations

(CNC / VMC / Lathe / Milling / Drilling) Manage machine operators & helpers across shifts Ensure production targets, quality standards & delivery timelines Monitor machine utilization, breakdowns & coordinate with maintenance Ensure compliance with

safety, quality & housekeeping norms (5S)

Maintain production reports, shift logs & manpower records Coordinate with production planning, quality & stores department
Eligibility:

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma (Mechanical preferred)

Experience:

3-7 years as

Machine Shop / Production Supervisor

in forging or heavy engineering industry Strong knowledge of machining processes & drawing interpretation Basic computer knowledge (Excel / reporting) Leadership & shop-floor handling skills
Salary:

?22,000 - ?35,000 per month
