Job Descripation:

Key responsibilities

Supervise staff:

Coordinate the activities of machine shop workers, allocate tasks, and provide training and mentorship.

Oversee production:

Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards and optimizing the use of manpower, machinery, and materials.

Manage safety:

Monitor and enforce all safety protocols to create a safe working environment.

Maintain equipment:

Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of various machines, including CNC machines.

Troubleshoot issues:

Address technical problems as they arise and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage inventory:

Maintain inventory levels for materials and supplies, ensuring critical components are available.

Collaborate and report:

Work with engineering and production teams to improve processes and prepare performance reports for management.
