Supervise and manage CNC / VMC / HMC / conventional machine shop operations.
Plan daily production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Allocate manpower and monitor machine utilization.
Ensure proper maintenance of tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Maintain quality and productivity standards.
Implement 5S and continuous improvement practices.
Skills Required:
Hands-on experience in machining and programming knowledge preferred
Leadership and team-handling ability
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiar with ISO / TS documentation
