We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CNC & VMC Machine Shop Manager to lead our highly skilled team. This is a permanent position in our state-of-the-art engineering facility, where you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our CNC & VMC machine shop. The successful candidate will have a strong background in CNC & VMC machining, casting, manufacturing, and production planning. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

As a ( CNC & VMC) Machine Shop Incharge:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the CNC & VMC machine shop, ensuring that all work is completed on time, to specification, and within budget.
2. Manage a team of skilled machinists, providing guidance and support to ensure they can achieve their full potential.
3. Implement casting machine part manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
4. Develop and maintain production plans, coordinating with other departments to ensure that all necessary materials and resources are available when needed.
5. Monitor the quality of output, implementing corrective actions where necessary to maintain our high standards.
6. Ensure that all machinery and equipment are maintained in good working order, scheduling regular inspections and maintenance as required.
7. Uphold all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and positive work environment for all staff.
8. Liaise with clients and suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring that all communications are handled in a professional and timely manner.
9. Stay up to date with the latest industry developments, implementing new technologies and techniques where they can improve our operations.

10. Manpower handling & shift adjustment skill etc & all knowledge shop activity ,

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
