Qualification

: DME / BE Mechanical

Experience:

- Minimum 12-15 years in the Manufacturing segment

- Preference for candidates with experience in MIDC industrial areas

Salary

: 40k to 50k

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes

- Hands-on experience operating CNC machines

- Expertise in CNC programming, machine setting & new product development

- Knowledge of inspection methods, instruments & gauges

- Ability to manage and lead production workforce

- Effective communication with customers and suppliers

- Ensure productivity, quality, and timely delivery
