Manage and oversee machine shop operations (CNC & conventional machines)
Production planning, scheduling, and meeting delivery targets
Supervise machinists and shop-floor staff
Ensure quality, safety, and process compliance
Improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain machine efficiency
Coordinate with Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of CNC turning, VMC/HMC, and machining processes
Drawing & GD&T understanding
Leadership and shop-floor management experience
