Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Machine Shop In-Charge

to manage the daily operations of our machine shop. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in

CNC Turning and VMC machine programming

with in-depth knowledge of

Siemens controllers

. This role involves leading the machine shop team, optimizing production processes, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring seamless operations across all machining activities.

Responsibilities:

Supervise CNC & VMC machine shop operations (Siemens controller). Plan production, manage manpower, and ensure timely delivery. Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC/VMC machines. Maintain quality, machine upkeep, and process improvements. Coordinate with design, quality & maintenance teams. Implement 5S, Kaizen, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engg. 5-10 years of CNC/VMC experience with Siemens controller. Strong knowledge of tooling, machining, and GD&T. Good leadership & communication skills.
