Required Skills & Qualifications



Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, or Tool Engineering.

7-10 years of hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine setting, programming, and shop floor supervision.

Strong knowledge of:

G-code and M-code programming Tool selection and offset management Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Experience in

manpower planning

, shift scheduling, and team leadership. Familiarity with

Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen

practices. Basic understanding of

quality tools

like 7QC, SPC, and root cause analysis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
