Job Title: CNC Machine Service Engineer

Location: As per service requirement / Client sites

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Industry: CNC Machine Manufacturing / Industrial Machinery

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of CNC systems and excellent customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, and servicing of CNC machines (Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC).

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer locations.

Work on CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi (preferred).

Handle spindle, axis drives, servo motors, ball screws, and hydraulics/pneumatics.

Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick issue resolution.

Provide technical support and training to customers/operators.

Maintain service reports, visit logs, and spare parts records.

Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical escalation.

Travel to client locations as per service schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics.

Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and maintenance.

Hands-on experience in fault finding and servicing.

Good understanding of electrical drawings and CNC parameters.

Basic PLC knowledge is an added advantage.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Skills

Experience with OEM or CNC machine manufacturing companies.

Knowledge of alignment, geometry checks, and calibration.

Familiarity with service documentation and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
