We require a Machine Program Testing & Commissioning Engineer to handle program testing, on-site testing, and commissioning of industrial machines at customer locations.

Designation: Machine Programming, Testing & Commissioning Engineer. Department: Development. Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech - Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication.?

Key responsibilities

Machine programs testing as per machine application and customer process. Perform machine testing: I/O checks, interlock testing, trial runs, and performance validation at factory and site. On-site machine installation and commissioning including panel checks, field wiring verification, and sensor/drive parameter setting. Diagnose and resolve Program points and basic hardware issues during trials and after commissioning. Prepare commissioning reports, test documents, and service visit reports. Provide basic training to operators and maintenance staff at customer site.

Candidate profile

Education: Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / E&C from recognized institute.? Experience: [Fresher / 1-3 years / as per requirement] in knowledge of Electrical wiring, Electrical components, & automation components PLC, VFD etc for machine commissioning (field or in-house).?

Skills

Basic knowledge of Electrical & Electronics components, PLC, drives, HMI and sensors.? Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.? Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Travel & work conditions

Candidate must be ready for frequent tours for installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites (within India and, if required, abroad) Willingness to work flexible hours during commissioning phases as per site conditions. Comfortable working independently at remote sites and coordinating with customer teams.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
