Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor

packing machines

for dry fruits and roasted snacks Handle

drying, roasting, mixing of flavors, and packaging equipment

efficiently Ensure

accurate weight, sealing, labeling, and packaging

of products Conduct machine set-ups, adjustments, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime Perform

basic maintenance and cleaning

of machines as per schedule Ensure adherence to

quality standards, hygiene, and food safety guidelines

Coordinate with the production supervisor to meet daily production targets Record machine operations, output, and report issues for corrective actions

Requirements

Education:

ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Technology (preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine operator in

FMCG, food processing, or packaging industry

Knowledge of

dry fruit roasting, drying, flavoring, and packaging processes

Familiarity with

weighing scales, sealing machines, roasting units, and flavor mixers

Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machines Strong attention to detail with commitment to

quality and safety compliance

Willingness to work in

shift operations

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
