- Machine operation
- Testing and checking of machines on daily basis in morning and after production is closed for smooth working
- Managing and keeping records of tools, equipment and parts of machines as required.
- Filing daily machine running reports and submitting to Floor Manager
- implement preventive Predictive maintenance schedule.
- Responding to machine maintenance calls within given TAT.
- Reporting any machine failure / malfunctioning to management.
