Injection Moulding Operations: ? Supervisedaily operations of injection moulding machines and equipment. ? Ensureoptimal machinesetup, including adjusting parameters for moulding quality and efficiency. ? Troubleshootand resolveissues with themachines, moulds, and production processes. Quality Control: ? Monitorproductquality to ensureit meets specifications and standards. ? Conductregularinspections and tests on moulded products, adjusting processes as needed. ? Implementcorrectiveactions to address quality issues. TeamManagement: ? Lead,train, and motivatea team of injection moulding operators and technicians. ? Provideguidanceon bestpractices, safety protocols, and operational improvements. ? Allocatetasksand monitorteam performanceto ensureproductivity targets are met. ? Conductperformanceappraisals and assist with recruitment and staffing. Machine and Equipment Maintenance: ? Ensureregularmaintenanceand upkeep of injection moulding machines. ? Coordinatewith maintenanceteams formachinerepairs and upgrades. ? Maintainrecordsof machinemaintenanceand any downtime. Production Scheduling and Planning: ? Workwiththeproduction managerto plan and scheduleinjection moulding activities. ? Ensurethatproduction deadlines are met whilemaintaining the required product quality. ? Adjustschedulesbased on machineavailability, material supply, and workforce. Health and Safety Compliance: ? Ensurecompliancewith all safety regulations in the moulding area. ? Conductsafety training sessions for operators and ensure safe working conditions. ? Implementsafety measuresto minimizerisks and accidents. Process Improvement: ? Identify areas for improvement in themoulding process to enhanceproductivity and reduce costs. ? Suggestandimplementprocessimprovements based on data analysis and feedback. ? Continuously monitorproduction metrics to ensure high efficiency
