Job Description

Injection Moulding Operations: ₹ Supervisedaily operations of injection moulding machines and equipment.
Ensureoptimal machinesetup, including adjusting parameters for moulding quality and efficiency.
Troubleshootand resolveissues with themachines, moulds, and production processes. Quality Control: ₹ Monitorproductquality to ensureit meets specifications and standards.
Conductregularinspections and tests on moulded products, adjusting processes as needed.
Implementcorrectiveactions to address quality issues. TeamManagement: ₹ Lead,train, and motivatea team of injection moulding operators and technicians.
Provideguidanceon bestpractices, safety protocols, and operational improvements.
Allocatetasksand monitorteam performanceto ensureproductivity targets are met.
Conductperformanceappraisals and assist with recruitment and staffing. Machine and Equipment Maintenance: ₹ Ensureregularmaintenanceand upkeep of injection moulding machines.
Coordinatewith maintenanceteams formachinerepairs and upgrades.
Maintainrecordsof machinemaintenanceand any downtime. Production Scheduling and Planning: ₹ Workwiththeproduction managerto plan and scheduleinjection moulding activities.
Ensurethatproduction deadlines are met whilemaintaining the required product quality.
Adjustschedulesbased on machineavailability, material supply, and workforce. Health and Safety Compliance: ₹ Ensurecompliancewith all safety regulations in the moulding area.
Conductsafety training sessions for operators and ensure safe working conditions.
Implementsafety measuresto minimizerisks and accidents. Process Improvement: ₹ Identify areas for improvement in themoulding process to enhanceproductivity and reduce costs.
Suggestandimplementprocessimprovements based on data analysis and feedback.
Continuously monitorproduction metrics to ensure high efficiency
