Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor machinery (manual, automated, or CNC) to meet production goals.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products, make minor adjustments, and identify defects to maintain standards.
Material Handling: Load raw materials, unload finished goods, and move items around the workspace.
Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine checks, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting; call for maintenance when needed.
Documentation: Keep accurate production logs, report issues, and manage inventory.
Safety: Follow all workplace safety rules and procedures diligently.
Essential Skills & Qualifications: Physical strength and stamina for standing, lifting, and moving.
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and basic computer skills.
Problem-solving skills and good communication. Team player with self-motivation.
