We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Machine Operators who have recently completed their Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to begin a career in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment, where you will be trained and supported to develop technical skills on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor machine parameters and maintain production quality. Assist in basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines. Maintain cleanliness and safety on the shop floor. Follow instructions from supervisors and report any issues immediately. Record daily production data and machine logs accurately.

Qualifications :

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (2023 or 2024 pass-outs preferred) Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes or machine operations (training will be provided) Willingness to learn and adapt to a factory environment Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
