Key Responsibilities (Depending on the specific role):



Production/Machine Operation:

Operating and monitoring various machinery (e.g., tube mills, forming machines, presses) to produce components as per specifications. Setting up and adjusting machines for different production runs. Ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets. Performing basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machines. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Assembly:

Assembling various components and sub-assemblies according to blueprints and work instructions. Using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for assembly tasks. Ensuring proper fit and functionality of assembled parts. Identifying and reporting any defects or issues during the assembly process.

Quality Control/Inspection:

Conducting visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications. Documenting inspection results and identifying non-conforming products. Assisting in root cause analysis for quality issues. Adhering to quality management systems (e.g., ISO, IATF standards).

Packing:
