Job Description

1. Position: Machine Operator

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor packaging machines efficiently. Ensure machines run smoothly and maintain productivity. Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical issues. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around the machine area. Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.

Qualifications

Minimum education:

10th pass and above

Prior experience in machine operation (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to understand basic machine operation processes Good attention to detail and safety awareness

2. Position: Helper

Responsibilities

Assist machine operators in daily production activities. Handle loading/unloading of materials. Maintain cleanliness and support the workflow on the shop floor. Follow instructions from supervisors and support production targets.

No minimum education requirement

Freshers are welcome Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment

Salary & Benefits (For Both Positions)

Take-home Salary:

?12,500 - ?16,000 per month
