Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Set up machines according to production specifications. Operate equipment safely and efficiently to meet productivity targets. Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and consistency. Inspect finished products to maintain high standards of quality. Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize performance. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when necessary. Maintain accurate production logs and report any malfunctions. Follow safety protocols and adhere to workplace regulations. Collaborate with the production team to ensure workflow efficiency. Ensure machines are well-stocked with materials to avoid interruptions. Participate in training sessions for new equipment or processes. Communicate with supervisors about equipment performance and issues. Assist in inventory management by tracking usage of materials. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.
Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role. Knowledge of production machinery and mechanical systems. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating specifications. Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy machinery. Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment issues. Commitment to safety protocols and workplace regulations. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
